About Us
Welcome to Sand Hill!
Sand Hill Elementary is committed to educating the whole child through rigorous and engaging instruction that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. We empower students to reach their full potential by cultivating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Our goal is to inspire lifelong learners who are passionate about making a positive impact on the world. By building strong partnerships with families and the community, we prepare students to become responsible, compassionate, and engaged citizens.
Educate. Empower. Inspire. Prepare.
Sand Hill serves approximately 540 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Our staff is dedicated to the success of all students. In our classrooms, children engage in a range of activities to develop and extend basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics, as well as other academic areas. Specialists teach classes for all grades in music, physical education, art and library. This supplements classroom efforts to provide enrichment and offers a wide range of learning opportunities to our students.
Parent and community involvement is valued at Sand Hill Elementary and is essential in providing successful programs and learning opportunities for students. Please visit the Parent Info tab for information on the Sand Hill PTSO and other volunteer opportunities within our school.
